Elizabeth White, also known as Lizzy, is a nurse who works at a mental institution and the deuteragonist of Leatherface.
When she tries to talk Jackson out of killing her, she then tells him it's his "crazy mom" who's making him do it when he gets angry and slices off her head with his chainsaw.
He later uses her face for one of his Leatherface masks.
