Gavin Miller is Heather Miller's kidnapper and alleged foster father. He kidnaps her after the farmhouse raid (and murdering her biological mother Loretta Sawyer) and raises her with his wife Arlene. He is later lured to the Carson House by his daughter and killed by Jedidiah Sawyer.
